Cleaning and thermal maintenance scope
Internal dust removal
Dust and debris are removed from accessible internal areas.
Fan cleaning and inspection
Fan area is cleaned and visually inspected where accessible.
Heatsink and vents
Heatsink, cooling path, and vent cleaning are performed as accessible.
Restricted airflow review
Cooling paths are inspected for dust buildup and restricted airflow.
TIM service
Thermal Interface Material (TIM) is inspected and serviced where required. Exact material differs by device.
Verification
Reassembly plus temperature or operational verification where practical.
TIM Variants
Thermal Interface Material differs by console
PS5 systems use a liquid-metal thermal interface that may receive inspection, redistribution, or replenishment where required. Liquid metal is not automatically replaced every time.
Other consoles use generalized factory TIM wording. Do not promise replacement of every thermal pad or compound unless technically required and included.

Cleaning does not fix every hardware fault
Broken fans, damaged heatsinks, liquid damage, board-level faults, power faults, severe corrosion, damaged connectors, and unrelated hardware failures may require separate repair work and an updated quote.
