PACCAR Air Gauge Repair
A dual-needle air gauge may develop one unresponsive needle, mismatched indications or intermittent movement. Supported PACCAR units are assessed to identify whether the problem involves the gauge, its driver circuits or a wider cluster fault.

Confirm the symptom before removing the cluster
Gauge indications alone do not establish actual system pressure or prove that the cluster is faulty. Have the vehicle-side system and inputs assessed by a qualified technician. Include those findings with the repair request so the cluster review addresses the observed problem.

- Which needle fails and how it behaves
- Whether the fault changes with temperature or operating time
